Terms of Use

1. Agreement and responsible adult

Doodle Dare is operated by Kenzi.ai (“Kenzi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing, accessing, purchasing through, or allowing a child to use Doodle Dare, the responsible adult agrees to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Doodle Dare is intended for personal, family entertainment. A child should not make purchases, change protected settings, or provide personal information without permission from a parent or guardian.

2. What the game provides

Doodle Dare offers timed drawing prompts, drawing tools, a private painting gallery, AI-generated Match and Creativity scores, encouraging reactions, and short leaderboard competitions called Doodle Leagues.

AI can misunderstand an image or produce an imperfect score. Doodle Scores are playful game feedback only. They are not an assessment of artistic ability, development, education, health, or talent.

3. Safe and acceptable use

Use the app only for lawful, personal entertainment. Do not upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to bypass safeguards, impersonate another person, use personal contact details as a nickname, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, or automate requests in a way that burdens the service.

Parents should remind children not to draw or enter private information such as full names, addresses, schools, phone numbers, passwords, or payment details.

4. Gems, Stars, and optional purchases

Gems and Stars are virtual game items. Daily Gems refill only up to the configured daily cap; unused Gems do not increase the balance above that cap. Stars may be used for extra time or additional scored play. Costs and rewards may be adjusted to balance the game and will be shown in the app before use.

Star packs are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple or Google. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged outside the app except where required by law. Store billing, purchase approval, and refunds are governed by the relevant store and applicable consumer law.

If a verified purchase succeeds but Stars do not appear, contact us with the app Support ID and the store transaction details. Do not send a full payment-card number.

5. Doodle Leagues and nicknames

Leagues display a generated Guest alias or the game nickname chosen on that installation, along with rank and points. Nicknames must be child-appropriate and must not contain personal contact information, harassment, hate, or impersonation.

League availability, size, duration, matchmaking, prizes, and scoring may change. We may remove inappropriate names, correct scoring errors, withhold rewards affected by abuse, or suspend a League to protect fair play.

6. Drawings and permission to operate the game

Families retain the rights they have in original drawings. You grant Kenzi a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, store, process, resize, display back to the same installation, and analyze drawings only as needed to provide and protect Doodle Dare.

Drawings are not placed in a public art feed. League participants see aliases, ranks, and points—not another child’s private gallery.

7. Our intellectual property

The Doodle Dare name, shark character, artwork, prompts, sounds, software, visual design, and other supplied materials are owned by or licensed to Kenzi and protected by applicable laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended personal purpose.

8. Availability, updates, and ending use

Some features need an internet connection and third-party infrastructure. We may update, repair, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features for safety, security, legal compliance, or product quality. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

You may stop using the game at any time. The in-app Delete game data action removes the installation’s game profile and private drawings as explained on our Delete Data page.

9. Disclaimers and consumer rights

We work to provide a safe and enjoyable service, but software and automated AI systems can make mistakes. To the extent permitted by law, Doodle Dare is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

We may revise these terms as the game changes. The current revision date will appear on this page. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.
